Batch processes
Typhoon is held in high esteem as a specialist in pulse stirring, whether in mixing tanks, bulk tanks, mixing vessels or reactor vessels. For these purposes, a wide and modular selection of standard stirring systems has been developed and is available. However, for most processes a made to measure system is available that can at all times perfectly complement a client’s individual wishes and requirements. Typhoon is able to develop practically any product under almost any conditions.
For the working of products in charges or batches, directly- and indirectly-driven systems are available.

Typhoon has adapted its versatile directly driven mixing technology right across the board in the pressing industry. The production line can cope with almost any mixing requirement. Both relatively small stand mounted mixers and heavier systems, with electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic drive systems are included in the range. The systems are suitable for situations requiring overpressure or underpressure, or where extremes of temperature are likely to be encountered. The capacity ranges from 0.09 kW to 132 kW. The optimal configuration allows the dispersal and emulsification of large quantities to be carried out in a single processing stage, without any further processing.

Typhoon’s indirectly driven mixing and stirring systems guarantee a versatile range of applications. There is a choice of rotation speeds, which are created by a transmission system. Capacities range from 0.18 to 55 kW, so that very viscous products can be worked without any problems. Possible axle lengths are now up to 20 metres.
