Typhoon is first and foremost a client-orientated, expert consultant that takes the trouble to immerse itself in the products and the production processes of its clients. More than half a century of experience, documented in an imposing archive with system specifications, has shown itself to be a solid foundation.
Typhoon’s technical stirring advisers think together at every level and are discussion partners at many tables. They know exactly how to arrive at the best possible processing installations, regardless of the nature and properties of the materials to be mixed and stirred. Naturally, they keep their knowledge up to date, as a result of which they are clearly in an ideal position to contribute to new rules and regulations.
Typhoon’s approach starts with a thorough analysis of the existing situation and a detailed assessment of the processing conditions and the desired results. After that, an in-depth discussion with the client produces a suitable processing solution, in which, within the respective pre-conditions, the most appropriate systems are devised, constructed and put into practice. At the same time, Typhoon guarantees the quality of its product and also the successful operation of the mixing and stirring process. The basis for a perfect end product!
New recipes can be tested in the company’s own test facilities and verified on the basis of a representative system. Many innovations have first seen the light of day in this way. Finally, the recipe moves into the production stage with a scaled-up system.
In order to complete the quality circle, Typhoon has built up a technical field service for installation, maintenance and repair. When it comes to maintenance, the aim is to minimise downtime. Even in the case of an unforeseen failure, the production process can be up and running again in no time at all. Service contracts mean that clients can focus the level of service on their specific needs and requirements. There are three levels of service contracts: Standard, Plus and Optimum.
