Service Contracts
Typhoon offers a range of service contracts to protect your mixing and stirring systems with a system of preventive care. Each service contract includes regular inspections. The findings are set out in clearly prepared reports. In this way, you will always have a clear overview of how your machines are working. If, in spite of this, a mixing or a stirring system should break down, Typhoon undertakes to resolve the problem within the time specified in the service contract. Minor repairs and adjustments to mixing and stirring systems are carried out on the spot by the maintenance service. On the basis of the service reports, major repairs and maintenance can be arranged within an agreed schedule. Moreover, if you choose to enter into a service contract, you can also save up to 10 percent of the labour charges in the event of a breakdown. You can specify the level of service in relation to specific requirements and wishes. To do this you can choose between three levels of service contracts: Standard, Plus, or Optimum. Each contract can be applied to one or more Typhoon machines. Your consultant will be pleased to explain the options to you.
