Typhoon’s management board puts a high priority on Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment in achieving the company’s objectives. We are confident that our will to excel in these items contributes to strengthening the continuity of our business and the achievement of healthy returns.
As specialist in mixing and stirring techniques, Typhoon wants to excel in providing optimum quality for our clients. That’s why we act openly and honestly with our clients and with due regard towards their interests. In dealing with clients, we respond as a committed, collaborative partner that makes our clients’ objectives our own and that acts accordingly. We realize that keeping promises and delivering on promises contributes to a pleasant and lasting relationship with our clients.
Maximum client satisfaction
We aim to maximize client satisfaction, from the consulting phase and continuing throughout the entire life cycle of the products. Periodically, we measure the degree of satisfaction of all our clients, as well as the extent to which they feel "relieved" by the solutions provided. Where possible, we immediately initiate steps to realise improvements.
We see it as our duty to supply products and services that meet or even exceed the requirements and expectations of the client. It is a matter of course that deliveries meet the specifications of the client as described in the order and order confirmation. Where useful or necessary, client-specific mixing processes are tested with the use of our simulation unit.
Legislation and regulations
Equally obvious is the fact that the products meet the requirements of legislation and regulations, as well as the relevant sets of standards. We deliberately seek out the challenge of setting the quality bar ever higher and lifting our specialism to the highest level.
We operate a quality management system that meets the international standards laid down in NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015. Our entire chain of activities falls under the regime of this management system, which is constantly being improved and updated. All employees know the (measurable and verifiable) quality requirements and objectives, and their intrinsic motivation to excel on the quality aspect helps them with this.
The members of the management board take it upon themselves to properly communicate, strictly maintain and permanently safeguard the quality policy. The management assesses progress in terms of quality and takes on the responsibility for further improvement.
Health and safety
A good and healthy company starts with good and healthy employees, who are able to do their work under safe working conditions. We attach great importance to the working conditions within our company and continually invest in ergonomic solutions and safety measures in order to further improve the situation on the work floor.
