Service contracts

Typhoon offers Service contracts allowing you to safeguard your mixers and agitators with preventative care. Each service contract includes periodic inspections, the findings of which are written up in clear reports which ensure that you always have a current picture of the condition which your machinery is in. Should an agitator nevertheless fail, Typhoon will resolve the problem within the period prescribed in the service contract.

Minor repairs and adjustments to the mixers and agitators are carried out by the maintenance service on the spot. Based on the reports, you can have larger repairs and maintenance taken care of within a suitable schedule. If you opt for a service contract, then in the event of malfunctions you will save 10% on labour costs.

The service level can be adjusted to specific needs and requirements and you can choose from three types of service contracts: Standard, Plus, or Optimal. Each contract can be made to apply to one or more Typhoon machines. Your consultant will be happy to explain the possibilities.

Standard contract

The ‘Standard’ service contract provides preventative inspections and lays the basis for thorough maintenance. It also gives you certainty about the response time in the case of unexpected downtime. The contract includes:

  • 1x annual inspection and report
  • Malfunction notification: during office hours
  • Maximum response time: 2 business days
  • Implementation of work: during office hours
  • 10% discount on labour costs in the event of malfunction.
  • Maximum downtime: 5 business days

Plus contract

The ‘Plus’ service contract provides preventative inspections and lays the basis for thorough maintenance. It also gives you certainty about the response time in the case of unexpected downtime. The contract includes:

  • 1x annual inspection and report
  • Malfunction notification: 24/24 hrs., Mon. to Fri.
  • Maximum response time: 1 business day
  • Implementation of work: 24/24 hrs., Mon. to Fri.
  • 10% discount on labour costs in the event of malfunction.
  • Maximum downtime: 2 business days

Optimal contract

  • 2x inspection (biannual) and reports
  • Malfunction notification: 24 hrs, all days
  • Maximum response time: 1 day
  • Implementation of work: 24 hrs, all days
  • 10% discount on labour costs in the event of malfunction.
  • Maximum downtime: 1 business day
