Following this, an appropriate process setup is established together with the client, wherein the most appropriate systems are designed, constructed and implemented within the set requirements. Typhoon not only guarantees the quality of its product, but also the successful operation of the mixing and stirring process – the foundation for a perfect end product!
New formulations can be tested in our own testing area and verified on the basis of a representative system, a process that has helped many innovations see the light of day. The formulation is then put into production using a scaled-up system.
To complete the quality chain, Typhoon has a technical field service team available for assembly, maintenance and repairs. Minimum downtime is our goal where maintenance is involved. Even in the unlikely event of a failure, we get the production process going again in the shortest possible time. With a service contract, the client aligns the service level to meet its specific needs. There are three gradations in service contracts: Standard, Plus and Optimal.
